I became an agent after taking a class at the University of Richmond. That class that sparked my interest in sales. I’d previously had experience with real estate title and knew I could use that knowledge to further my career as an agent. What experience do you have?
I’ve been an agent for over 19 years and received the rookie of the year award my first year and the distinguished achiever (top producer award) every year since. What types of specific marketing systems and approaches will you use to sell my home?
Websites, websites, websites! Social media is one of the best ways to show off my listings. Your home will receive a unique website with videos, pictures, and a detailed description so it is readily available and attractive to prospective buyers. Other marketing tools I use are hosting an open house and posting magazine publications. Can you recommend service providers who can help me obtain a mortgage, make home repairs, and help with other things I need done?
Yes, throughout the years I have developed a list of service providers that come highly recommended. I have a long list of lenders, handymen, CPA’s, etc. that I can refer my clients to. Just ask me! What’s your business philosophy?
